Craig has 25+ years in marketing and technology services. Craig was, previously on the executive team of Merkle, as their Global CEO, and lead the organization’s digital and global expansion. When Craig retired in 2022, Merkle had grown to 14,000 employees and $2B+ in revenue.

At Trilliad, Craig continues to leverage his passions for building cultures, developing strong leadership teams, working with world-class brands, and creating innovative, market-leading solutions and services.

Chief Marketing Officer

Erin has 24+ years of marketing experience, driving brand strategies, thought leadership and performance-based marketing to fuel growth. Erin joined Merkle in 2001, ultimately rising to Global CMO. Her expertise includes brand development, PR, and marketing, consistently boosting engagement, and lead generation.

Erin is a cultural ambassador who brings her passion for marketing, along with her passion for people and building high performing teams to Trilliad.

Over his time in the advertising services industry, he has been an integral part of growing the IMPAQT, Merkle, and Dentsu businesses, serving as Global CMO and CSO, shaping industry platforms and client success.

With expertise spanning client leadership, tech development, and strategic consulting, Matt excels at turning vision into action, empowering clients to achieve transformative growth.

David built Merkle from a $2.5M business to a global enterprise exceeding $1B in revenue, leading its sale to Dentsu at a 17X EBITDA multiple. Now heading MRE Capital, he invests in industries ranging from quick-service restaurants (Quality Brand Group) to e-commerce (Whitebox) and business services (Sandler). As a visionary leader, David brings his experiences building and scaling a great growth company to the Trilliad team.
